We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design and Photo/Video Assistant to join our team. You will play a supporting role in our design efforts and enhancing the visual image of our school.
This is a contract-based position (1-2 year term) remunerated at an hourly rate of $20 per hour.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist Graphic Designer & Videographer to fulfil requests submitted through the Request Portal.
- Requests include:
- Designing promotional materials such as school-related events posters t-shirts etc.
- Assist in the layout of booklets and brochures to ensure professional and visually appealing designs
- Assist in capturing photographs or videos of school events such as recitals annual events school assemblies and other adhoc events.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the design/photo/video repository.
- Assist videographer in setting up camera and lights for shoots.
- Editing of photos and videos using relevant software.
Knowledge and Experience
- A passion for graphic design videography and photography.
- Basic proficiency in design and photo/video software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Lightroom Premiere Pro).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- A portfolio of previous design work or projects that demonstrates your skills and creativity.
