Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager

Job Summary
What you will do:
- Maintain a strong and visible presence during all shifts.
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Guide clients through every aspect of their event ensuring guest expectations are met and profitability maintained.
- Communicate event details clearly to the banqueting team to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct final event checks to guarantee quality delivery.
- Provide clear professional written communication with clients.
- Train motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional service.
What you will have:
- At least 2 years experience working in Conference & Banqueting.
- Strong leadership organisational and people management skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
