TheGlobal Transaction Bankingteamprovides integrated cash management payments liquidity trade and working capital solutions to commercial and corporate closely withcommercialcoverage teams to help clientsoptimizecash flow manageoperational risk and support domestic and cross-border business activity. Through a combination of specializedexpertise digital platforms and global connectivityweenable clients to run their businesses more efficiently and scale across markets.

With Aspireyoullgain early exposure to Commercial Banking by working on meaningful projects and learning directly from experienced opportunities to:
- Support strategic projects by gathering insightsconductingresearch analysing data for trends and opportunities and creating practical recommendations.
- Build and update templates tools and resources that help the team connect with clients and make sales activities easier like keeping portfolios tidy tracking pipelines and following up.
- Work with team leads to check progress on key projects track performance find areas to improve and make team operations better.
- Create simple reports so the sales team can see pipeline health client activity and performance.
- Document workflows and best practices to provide clear easy-to-follow guidance for the team.
- Champion a client-focused culture to build and deepen relationships with clients and internal partnersleveragingthe Banks broader relationships systems and knowledge.
- Ensure that the Banks risk appetite and risk culture are considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
