岗位职责
带领58人团队负责所有企业级应用的 L2 运维支持保障业务系统稳定运行
- WMS 仓储管理系统日常运维与问题处理
- 软件许可证服务器运维CATIA / Abaqus / Matlab / Creo / ANSA 等 15 套
- 通用业务系统运维App Center / JSOS / HRone / 官网等 26 个系统
- 销售 & 2C 应用支持MIIT / PSI / ADM / RV 等 7 个系统
- Flexera 许可证管理平台 & RPA / 供应商系统 / EBox 运维
- 维护 应用台账SOP 及运维文档
- 参与 247 全员 Stand-by轮值

任职要求
- 计算机相关专业专科以上学历
- 3 年以上 IT 技术支持 / 应用运维 / 系统运维经验 有团队管理经验
- 了解 Windows Server / Linux 基础操作
- 熟悉 SQL 数据库基本操作
- 有 软件许可证管理经验Flexera / LMT 等优先
- 学习能力强能快速适应 多系统多技术栈
- 有 ITIL Foundation 认证优先
- 中文母语具备基础英文读写能力能看懂官方文档

- 接触过 制造业 / 汽车行业 IT 环境
- 有 WMS / ERP / MES 运维经验
- 会 PowerShell / Shell 脚本
