Job Description: Data Processing Assistant
As a Data Processing Assistant at Extract Wellness you will play a crucial role in supporting overall business operations by handling and processing data related to hemp-based CBD products. Your attention to detail and adherence to data processing protocols will ensure accuracy in our records and contribute to the success of our business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and input data related to CBD product orders inventory and customer information into the system
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness by cross-checking information and resolving any discrepancies
- Organize and maintain electronic files and databases efficiently
- Generate reports based on data analysis to support decision-making processes
- Assist in data cleaning data validation and data quality improvement processes
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in data entry and data processing tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data processing or a related field
- Experience with data management software and tools
- Knowledge of hemp-based CBD products or wellness industry is a plus
