Your work profile

Drive Oracle Cloud/ERP sales across the domestic (India) market owning pipeline creation and revenue growth.
Identify qualify and convert high-value opportunities across key industry sectors.
Lead client engagements including executive pitches pursuit strategies and CXO-level relationship building.
Lead end-to-end pre-sales and solutioning for Oracle Cloud ERP programs.
Design scalable industry-aligned solutions with strong value propositions and business outcomes.
Oversee RFP responses estimations deal shaping solution presentations and demos.
Provide delivery leadership for large Oracle Cloud transformation programs across multiple modules.
Ensure strong delivery governance risk management and high levels of client satisfaction.
Guide project managers architects and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and successful go-lives.
Act as an escalation point ensuring alignment with scope timelines and contractual commitments.

Key skills required:

18 years of experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Strong exposure to the domestic Indian market and enterprise sales landscape.
Proven experience in sales pre-sales and solution architecture for large transformation deals.
Hands-on expertise across Oracle ERP modules; multi-cloud exposure is an added advantage.
Strong delivery leadership experience managing large complex multi-year programs.
Experience engaging with CXOs senior stakeholders and enterprise clients.
Excellent communication executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams influence outcomes and drive business/practice growth.
BE/ or equivalent qualification.
Oracle Cloud certifications preferred.
Prior experience with Big 4 or large system integrators is highly desirable.
