Hours: Flexible some US EST overlap preferred
Salary: $1500$2500 USD/month
Contract: Full-time permanent

About the company

Remote World is partnering with a US-based e-commerce brand to hire for this role. They sell across Amazon Shopify and TikTok Shop and need an operations assistant to keep listings accurate inventory tracked and orders moving.

The role

Youll support the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving e-commerce business keeping product listings up to date monitoring inventory levels processing orders and handling supplier and logistics coordination.

What youll do

• Create and update product listings on Amazon Shopify and TikTok Shop
• Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase orders when stock is low
• Track orders and coordinate with fulfilment partners to resolve issues
• Process customer refunds and returns in line with policy
• Produce weekly operations reports on stock orders and fulfilment performance

What youll need

• Organised and detail-oriented listing errors cost real money
• Comfortable in spreadsheets and picking up new platforms quickly
• Clear communicator with suppliers and logistics partners
• Reliable and self-managed in an async environment

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Shopify
• Familiarity with inventory management tools
• Background in e-commerce retail operations or supply chain
