Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay:$88.00 - $96.00 p/h inc. HST

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Energy Sector clients in a contract capacity!

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of IT projects ensuring alignment with scope schedule budget quality and business objectives.
• Establish and enforce program governance including RAID management integrated planning executive reporting and cross-project dependency coordination.
• Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to Project Managers standardizing delivery practices improving execution discipline and removing blockers.
• Oversee complex IT initiatives including application development legacy modernization and data migration while managing budgets resources and vendor performance.

Experience Required

• 8 years of progressive experience in IT project/program management including leading multiple concurrent initiatives and portfolios.
• Proven experience managing and coaching Project Managers improving delivery execution through governance standards and best practices.
• Strong experience delivering across multiple IT domains including application development system modernization and data migration programs.
• Solid financial and resource management experience including budgeting forecasting vendor management and capacity planning.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery fundamentals (RAID scheduling critical path change control) with excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills.
