Sage Connections is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide services for the Birth - Three population for the upcoming 26-27 school year in a full-time role. This position would start July 6 2026.

Position Details
Age Range: Birth - 3
Hours per Week:hours/week
Schedule: Monday - Friday school hours
Start & End Date: July 2026 - June 2027
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Onsite may be some flexibility for hybrid for the right fit
Responsibilities
Provide direct therapy services and parent coaching as appropriate
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
Collaborate with teachers staff and families
Attend IEP meetings and support goal development
Supervise and support SLPAs and ensure services align with IEPs and best practices
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist License
ASHA CCC preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome with supervision provided
School-based experience preferred but not required
