About the Role
Were hiring our first Forward Deployed Engineers to join our founding team. This is where product meets reality. As an FDE youll work directly with large logistics enterprises to deeply understand their workflows and ship production-ready solutions that embed AI into their day-to-day operations.
Youll design integrations deploy AI workers into production environments and iterate quickly to capture the unwritten rules of real-world freight. This role sits at the intersection of engineering product and customer operations. You wont be handing off tickets youll own outcomes drive deployments end-to-end and help define what forward-deployed engineering looks like at a category-defining AI-native company.

About You
- 14 years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong in TypeScript and/or Python and comfortable working with APIs and integrations with multiple systems in production
- Experience with LLMs and AI systems (evals prompt engineering guardrails)
- Strong debugging instincts and systems thinking
- Past experience working for a fast-paced tech startup
- Able to translate ambiguous operational workflows into structured software
- Clear communicator across technical and operational audiences
- Customer obsession you put customers first and make them succeed
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast iteration
- High ownership mentality you move things forward without waiting
- Willing to travel 25% of the time
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
