Procurement Specialist Indirect Spend (ESG & HR)

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders across functions such as HR Communications ESG etc.
• Develop and implement innovative category strategies to maximize the value of supplier relationships
• Advance the procurement organization by driving process improvements and enhancing efficiency
• Lead negotiations to optimize pricing and contracts across multiple indirect spend categories
• Support supplier diversity initiatives and monitor performance across spend categories
• Create workpapers and documentation relied upon by internal teams and external parties
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with procurement policies

Qualifications:

• 3 years of applicable procurement experience; experience managing supplier diversity programs and multiple indirect spend categories is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills both written and verbal
• High attention to detail ability to multitask and provide timely status updates
• Proficiency with Excel and ability to analyze and present data effectively
• Strong business acumen with the curiosity to learn new categories and drive impact
• Team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative fast-paced environment
