Event Manager
Job Summary
Gecko Events is a boutique agency specialising in corporate events: company retreats team buildings workshops and celebrations. We work with international clients and take care of every detail of the experience.
Tasks
What you would do
- On-site coordination and group assistance during events
- Manage suppliers and activity providers on the day
- Capture photos and video content for social media and marketing
- Occasional support with pre-event organisation and logistics
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Experience in events tourism or hospitality
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Proactive detail-oriented and able to solve problems on the spot
- Calm under pressure and reliable when it matters most
- Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus)
- Flexible availability
