Summary:
The belif Skincare Education Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales growth and surpassing last year s figures for the NY NY region. You will report directly to the National Field Manager.
- This is a field-based role so there is no specific office location.
- You will be traveling throughout the territory to visit various retailers.
- Candidates will be eligible for one-way mileage reimbursement (from home to store) and parking for store visits.
- A reliable car is also required for this position.
- Looking for a candidate for expansion of our brand portfolio we are looking to maximize coverage in that market
- Ideally we would like our candidate to be able to easily travel to stores within a 50-mile radius of Manhattan. We are offering $25/hour and reimbursing one-way mileage
Responsibilities:
- Monitor analyse and drive sales across Sephora ULTA and Macys locations within your designated territory.
- Provide comprehensive product education and selling techniques to staff at Sephora ULTA and Macys through regular store visits.
- Build strong lasting relationships with leadership and associates at Sephora ULTA and Macys as well as account executives and staff from competing brands to assess and enhance sales performance.
- Stay informed about trends within each business segment and key drivers affecting performance in the Sephora ULTA and Macys landscape.
- Leverage connections to expand the belif brand presence whether through additional retail partnerships data acquisition or a broader client base.
- Develop and grow client bases within core belif locations to boost sales.
- Coach store associates on their responsibilities to enhance sales performance.
- Train associates to improve productivity by developing their selling and customer service skills and by organizing events and product demonstrations.
- Prepare materials for events and promotional programs to maximize sales impact.
- Manage daily monthly and seasonal tracking of retail performance in your territory ensuring all reporting is accurate and timely.
