Summary:
The belif Skincare Education Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales growth and surpassing last year s figures for the NY NY region. You will report directly to the National Field Manager.

This is a field-based role so there is no specific office location.

You will be traveling throughout the territory to visit various retailers.

Candidates will be eligible for one-way mileage reimbursement (from home to store) and parking for store visits.

A reliable car is also required for this position.

Looking for a candidate for expansion of our brand portfolio we are looking to maximize coverage in that market
-
Ideally we would like our candidate to be able to easily travel to stores within a 50-mile radius of Manhattan. We are offering $25/hour and reimbursing one-way mileage
Responsibilities:

Monitor analyse and drive sales across Sephora ULTA and Macys locations within your designated territory.

Provide comprehensive product education and selling techniques to staff at Sephora ULTA and Macys through regular store visits.

Build strong lasting relationships with leadership and associates at Sephora ULTA and Macys as well as account executives and staff from competing brands to assess and enhance sales performance.

Stay informed about trends within each business segment and key drivers affecting performance in the Sephora ULTA and Macys landscape.

Leverage connections to expand the belif brand presence whether through additional retail partnerships data acquisition or a broader client base.

Develop and grow client bases within core belif locations to boost sales.

Coach store associates on their responsibilities to enhance sales performance.

Train associates to improve productivity by developing their selling and customer service skills and by organizing events and product demonstrations.

Prepare materials for events and promotional programs to maximize sales impact.

Manage daily monthly and seasonal tracking of retail performance in your territory ensuring all reporting is accurate and timely.
