Job Summary
About the Role
We are looking for Designers to join a cross-functional team supporting
Key Responsibilities
1. UX Strategy Contribute to defining the target-state UX vision and operating principles for FX Program Trading
- Help reduce workflow fragmentation context switching and inefficiencies across trader and client journeys
- Translate business goals into clear experience principles and design directions
2. Product & Interaction Design
- Design end-to-end workflows for trading monitoring and decision-making experiences
- Create wireframes flows and high-fidelity designs for:
- Gateway enhancements
- AI-assisted trading interactions
- Client-facing portals
- Ensure usability in high-density real-time data-rich environments
3. AI-Assisted Experience Design
- Design AI-supported interactions including:
- Explainable recommendations
- Guided actions
- Workflow orchestration
- Incorporate trust transparency and human-in-the-loop controls
4. Systems Thinking & Design Standards
- Contribute to design systems components and governance
- Define patterns for:
- Data visualization
- Alerts and exceptions
- State handling and responsiveness
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Engineering Sales and platform stakeholders
- Participate in workshops stakeholder interviews and alignment sessions
- Translate requirements into implementation-ready design artifacts
- Support delivery teams through handoff and iteration
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in Product Design UX or Interaction Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Complex workflows
- Data-heavy or enterprise platforms
- End-to-end product thinking
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (Product Engineering)
- Ability to move between strategy and execution seamlessly
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience contributing to or working with design systems
