Job Summary

Manage customer sales orders end-to-end from order receipt to delivery
Create and maintain sales orders in SAP and resolve pricing master data or system issues
Identify monitor and resolve order blocks (credit delivery MOQ/MOV permits lead time)
Coordinate with Credit Customer Service Supply Chain and Operations teams to fix order issues
Send order confirmations proactive delay updates and handle order changes or cancellations
Track open orders ensure SLA compliance (24 hours) and escalate issues when needed
