Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in the Lab Diagnostics / Healthcare domain to support a large enterprise healthcare initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with diagnostic lab workflows healthcare systems and Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners stakeholders and technical teams to gather and define business requirements
• Create and maintain BRDs FRDs user stories and process flows
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Manage backlog and track requirements using tools like Jira
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning grooming stand-ups retrospectives)
• Analyze current lab/diagnostic workflows and recommend improvements
• Support UAT validation and release activities
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Healthcare / Lab Diagnostics
• Strong understanding of clinical lab workflows and diagnostic processes
• Experience with requirements documentation and stakeholder interaction
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira
• Experience working with EHR/EMR systems such as Epic Systems
• Knowledge of LIMS HL7/FHIR integrations and healthcare data standards
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large healthcare enterprises or diagnostic lab organizations
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
• Certifications such as CBAP PMI-PBA or Scrum certifications
