Job Summary

Profile:Service Engineer (Mechanical)-Packaging-Surat-3 LPA

Experience:

0 to 1 year of experience
Freshers can apply
Candidates with basic exposure to machine servicing maintenance or mechanical work will be preferred

Salary Range:

Training Period (2-3 months): 22000 Incentives
Post Training: 25000 Incentives

Roles:

Visit client locations for installation of packaging machines
Perform machine servicing maintenance and repair work
Identify mechanical issues and provide on-site solutions
Assemble and install machine parts as per technical guidelines
Provide machine demonstration and basic training to clients
Maintain clear and professional email communication with customers and internal team
Prepare and submit service reports after each visit
Ensure machines are working smoothly after installation and servicing
Coordinate with internal technical team for complex problems
Follow up with clients for service feedback and support
Maintain records of service visits issues and resolutions
Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualification:Diploma or in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
