Functional reporting to Head of Sales GTS
Entity reporting to Head of Sales GTS
The GTS Client Manager (CM) is a client-facing role and the central point of contact for all client transactional needs and service solutions for the assigned client portfolio. CM will also involve working closely with internal stakeholders including Sales Managers and Relationship Managers on daily basis gaining familiarity with trade finance processes and the solutions offered.
- Managingowningand handling the new trade account openingHSBCnet Internet Trade Services (ITS) module: post-sales support and developingand presenting Trade Academy customer focused training
- Delivers HSBCs Global Trade Solutions (GTS) CMstrategy and operatingmodel aligned with the global GTS CMtarget operating model
- Contribute to achieving the overall businessobjectiveof revenue growththrough revenue retention reduced sales time on service proactivemanagement of GTS service performance and increased clients usage ofself-serve solutions
- Handleownand resolve clients queries issues and complaints relating totrade account openingHSBCnet ITS module and Trade Academy
- Coordinate with Transaction Services staff Sales and RMs and otherinternal / external staff for service performance and issues
- Provide transactional trade advisory to assigned clients Sales andRelationship Managers (RMs) and provide input to account planning
- Provide supply chain and traditional trade related expert inputs to theclients and internal
- ABachelordegree preferable in business or related area
- Strong experience in customer service-oriented roles
- Good knowledge of traditional trade products account opening and banking facilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership to create a collaborative work environment with a wide variety of business stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions using good judgment and business sense
- Ability to plan and prioritize effectively with good analytical and problem-solving skills including the identification ofappropriate expertsto execute deliverables and business opportunities
- Strong spoken and written Taiwanese with fluency in English is preferred
