- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Maintain and update visitor logs and office security protocols.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist front office representative or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
