Job Description To provide high-quality care and early education for children aged 05 years in line with the EYFS framework and Little Elms Four Pillars curriculum.
The Level 3 Educator will ensure children are safe stimulated and supported to thrive emotionally socially and developmentally within a warm professional environment.
Essential Requirements
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (as recognised by the DfE).
Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication skills.
Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS check.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times.
Follow safeguarding policies and procedures in line with statutory guidance.
Maintain accurate accident incident and welfare records.
Promote positive behaviour using consistent and respectful strategies.
Adhere to hygiene health and safety and mealtime standards.
2. Teaching & Learning
Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS.
Implement Little Elms Four Pillars:
Little Athletes physical development and outdoor learning
Little Artists creativity and expressive arts
Little Innovators STEM and curiosity-led learning
Little Well-Beings emotional literacy and wellbeing
Observe assess and track childrens development.
Contribute to planning meetings and reflective practice.
Support children with SEND following IEPs and external professional guidance.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Desirable
Experience working in a busy nursery setting. Knowledge of SEND and inclusive practice. Experience supporting quality improvement or room leadership.
