Position: Manufacturing & Consumer Goods Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $45$65/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Build a realistic digital workspace centered on the Drive folders you use daily. Include production reports brand P&L models S&OP decks supplier scorecards BOMs SOPs and email threads. Represent enterprise apps like SAP S/4HANA Siemens Opcenter and Power BI.
• Design multi-step tasks grounded in real workflows. Require navigation of multiple apps files and stakeholders to meaningfully challenge frontier AI agents.
• Collaborate with other manufacturing and CPG experts to design the environment shape task scope and review scenarios for realism and rigor.
• Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria for manufacturing-domain agent benchmarks.
• Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking. Your work directly informs how leading labs train and evaluate the next generation of AI systems.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3 years of full-time experience at a Fortune 500 or comparable large enterprise (e.g. P&G Unilever PepsiCo Nestlé 3M Kimberly-Clark or a Tier-1 contract manufacturer).
• Background in areas such as plant operations production management or operations engineering.
• Day-to-day use of enterprise tools like SAP S/4HANA Microsoft Dynamics 365 Siemens Opcenter Rockwell FactoryTalk and Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking and writing. Able to translate enterprise workflows into structured task specs.

Preferred

• Certifications: PMP Six Sigma Black/Green Belt CPIM CSCP.

Compensation & Legal

• This project is expected to begin on an effective hourly rate. It will transition to a model where experts are compensated based on throughput of quality work rather than a flat accruing hourly rate.
