Position: Sales & Marketing Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60$105/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Design realistic end-to-end GTM workflows that challenge todays best models.
- Grade agent performance across sales motions marketing and revenue operations.
- Build scenarios for account research ICP targeting and outreach.
- Develop marketing scenarios including campaign builds ad copy and SEO content.
- Evaluate CRM hygiene lead routing and pipeline analytics.
- Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3 years in B2B sales growth or lifecycle marketing or RevOps/SalesOps.
- Working fluency in outbound strategy campaign planning and sales operations.
- Comfortable with GTM artifacts like pipeline reviews and sales playbooks.
- Clear written communication; articulate reasoning and decisions step by step.
