Position: Creative Operations Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50$70/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Develop long-horizon creative-ops tasks with deterministic rubrics for agent performance evaluation.
- Build scenarios in Asset Management focusing on versioning naming conventions and DAM tagging.
- Coordinate Production by routing creative intake and preparing handoff packets with required fields.
- Design Localization tasks using string lists for specified locales and defined glossaries.
- Work independently and asynchronously to create challenging scenarios requiring focus.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3 years in creative ops design production or content ops.
- Expertise in DAM administration (Bynder Frontify Brandfolder) or creative workflow tools (Asana Monday Airtable).
- Proficient in Figma file management and localization vendor coordination.
- Strong written communication skills; ability to articulate reasoning and create deterministic rubrics.
