Position: Process & Operations Engineering Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $75$100/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Build long-horizon ops-engineering tasks with deterministic rubrics for agent performance evaluation.
- Develop scenarios in process documentation including process flow diagrams and SOPs.
- Conduct yield and quality analyses with ground-truth defect rates and root-cause investigations.
- Create FMEAs and Six Sigma writeups with verifiable statistical outputs.
- Work independently and focus on challenging scenarios requiring long sessions of concentration.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- BS or MS in Industrial Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 years in process operations or manufacturing engineering.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) SPC FMEA root cause methodology (5 Whys fishbone 8D).
- Proficiency in ops-engineering artifacts: process flows SOPs FMEAs project charters kaizen reports.
- Strong written communication skills for encoding reasoning into deterministic rubrics.
