Position: Internal Finance / FP&A Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $75$100/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Build long-horizon finance tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
• Develop scenarios in Planning Management reporting and Operating finance with checkable answers.
• Create budgets headcount plans and unit economics that reconcile to source data.
• Design variance bridges and board-pack KPIs with fixed ground-truth decomposition and defined calculations.
• Construct driver-based opex walks and scenario models with specified inputs and expected outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to produce high-quality finance artifacts.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• BS or MS in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
• 4 years in FP&A corporate finance or strategic finance.
• Expertise in budget building variance analysis driver-based planning or EPM tooling (Anaplan Adaptive Pigment).
• Ability to read and produce finance artifacts: budgets forecast packs variance bridges board decks headcount models.
• Clear written communication with step-by-step reasoning and encoding into deterministic rubrics.
