Position: Design Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55$95/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Design realistic end-to-end design workflows that challenge todays best models.
- Grade agent performance in handling complex design scenarios.
- Build scenarios across visual and brand design product and UX design and content and creative operations.
- Create challenging scenarios requiring long focus sessions.
- Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3 years in visual/brand design product or UX design or creative operations.
- Working fluency in at least two of: wireframing and prototyping (Figma Sketch) visual design and brand systems design systems and components illustration creative ops and asset management.
- Comfortable reading and producing design artifacts: specs wireframes prototypes brand guidelines creative briefs.
- Clear written communication; able to articulate reasoning and design decisions step by step.
- Drawn to long-horizon challenging problem sets rather than one-off microtasks.
