We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Store Manager Trainee to join our team. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop leadership skills and grow into a Store Manager role. The trainee will receive hands-on training in store operations team leadership customer service inventory management and financial performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to build a long-term career in retail management.
Essential Job Functions
An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential duties:
- Participate in all aspects of store operations and daily management activities
- Learn and support staffing scheduling and team development
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Assist with inventory control merchandising and product ordering
- Monitor store appearance cleanliness and operational standards
- Support cash handling reporting and loss prevention procedures
- Analyze sales performance and assist in driving store results
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and procedures
- Lead by example and promote a positive team culture
- Complete all assigned training programs successfully
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to analyze financial data and drive store performance.
- Ability to exert 10 lbs up to 40 lbs of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects.
