The Role

Amdocs is a leading software and services provider to communications and media companies of all sizes. As we continue to drive the Cloud & Data Revolution we are looking for a visionary Senior MS Fabric Solution Architect to join our Data Intelligence practice.

You will be the catalyst for our Microsoft Fabric center of excellence bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and business value. This is a strategic role designed for a leader who wants to shape the future of enterprise analytics moving beyond traditional data warehousing into the era of unified AI-ready data fabrics.

Strategic Impact

In a market where data is the primary currency Amdocs is expanding its Next-Gen Data Platform portfolio. While we maintain a powerhouse Databricks practice we are strategically investing in Microsoft Fabric to provide our global clients with a seamless integrated ecosystem. By joining now you will lead our First-to-Market strategy for Fabric positioning Amdocs as Microsofts premier implementation partner for Tier-1 service providers.

What will your job look like

Phase 1: Practice Leadership & Enablement

• Architect the Blueprint: Define the Amdocs standard for MS Fabric creating reusable architectural frameworks and reference implementations for global rollout.
• Build the Academy: Lead the internal Fabric Enablement Program designing certification paths and mentoring our global talent pool to build a world-class delivery engine.
• Drive Pre-Sales Excellence: Partner with Sales and Account Leads to provide technical authority during discovery phases transforming client requirements into high-impact solution designs.

Phase 2: Delivery Excellence & Thought Leadership

• E2E Solutioning: Serve as the Lead Architect on high-profile client engagements ensuring the successful delivery of complex scalable MS Fabric ecosystems.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders helping them navigate their data journey and maximize ROI on the Microsoft stack.

Industry Influence: Represent Amdocs at global conferences and partner forums publishing white papers and contributing to the evolution of the MS Fabric community.

• Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Fabric (OneLake Data Factory Synapse Data Engineering/Warehouse).
• Architectural DNA: A proven track record as a Data Architect building enterprise-grade secure and performant data solutions at scale.
• The Consultant Edge: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skillsyou can explain complex data mesh concepts to a developer and business value to a CEO in the same hour.
• Leadership Mindset: A passion for mentoring and a win-as-a-team attitude. You dont just build systems; you build people
• Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with the broader Azure stack and/or competing technologies (Databricks Snowflake) to provide nuanced technology-agnostic advice.
