Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Creative Director to lead and shape the creative direction of our brand campaigns and digital experiences. The ideal candidate will oversee creative strategy guide design and content teams and ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and business objectives. This role requires strong leadership innovation and the ability to thrive in a collaborative remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the overall creative vision and brand strategy

Oversee the development of marketing campaigns digital content and brand assets

Manage and mentor a team of designers copywriters and creative professionals

Collaborate with marketing product and leadership teams to align creative initiatives with business goals

Review and approve creative concepts designs and deliverables

Ensure consistency in brand messaging tone and visual identity across all channels

Drive innovation and bring fresh creative ideas to the organization

Manage multiple projects timelines and creative workflows

Present creative strategies and concepts to stakeholders and executives

Stay current with design trends industry developments and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications

Must be currently residing in the United States

Valid U.S. work authorization (citizen permanent resident or authorized work permit holder)

Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership role

Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction branding and campaign work

Expertise in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite Figma or similar)

Excellent leadership communication and team management skills

Strong understanding of branding storytelling and visual communication

Ability to think strategically while executing creatively

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in digital marketing advertising or product design environments

Background in UX/UI or multimedia design

Experience managing remote or distributed creative teams

Knowledge of video production motion graphics or content strategy

Bachelors degree in Design Marketing Fine Arts or a related field

Work Environment

Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options
