We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our onsite corporate kitchen on a 12month fixedterm contract.

The Sydney Client Floor team is a closeknit hardworking group who consistently deliver the high standard of food and service our clients partners and staff expect.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Daily food preparation across a wide variety of functions and service styles ensuring consistency and quality for all offerings
• Assist the Head Chef and the broader kitchen team with menu planning and meal design
• Demonstrate creativity and versatility in menu development working across multiple cuisines to support formal dining café service breakfast morning teas and corporate events
• Take ownership of your section including stock ordering adherence to food safety requirements and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation

What you need

We welcome applications from people with:

• Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in fine dining either in a hotel or corporate environment
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Ability to work professionally at all times in a fast paced demanding environment
• Creativity passion and flair for food preparation and presentation
• Demonstrate leadership and communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Well presented
