Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80000 professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina China Hungary India Philippines Poland Sri Lanka Mexico Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The Opportunity

As a SAP ISU ABAP Developer you will be part of a highimpact Utilities transformation program working on complex SAP ISU solutions across Electricity Gas or Water domains. You will contribute to endtoend implementations enhancements and support activities playing a key role in building scalable highquality technical solutions for MetertoCash processes. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with functional teams business stakeholders and global delivery teams on largescale SAP ISU landscapes (ECC / S/4HANA).

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and enhance ABAP solutions in SAP ISU across core utilities processes.
• Develop and support RICEF objects (Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms).
• Work on ISU modules including:
• Device Management (DM)
• Billing & Invoicing
• Customer Service (CS)
• FICA (Events Dunning Collections Payments)
• Implement Enhancements BADIs User Exits and FQ Events.
• Develop ALV reports (Classical Interactive OOALV).
• Support MoveIn MoveOut Disconnection Reconnection Meter Installation/Replacement processes.
• Develop and maintain SmartForms / Adobe Forms for billing and utility correspondence.
• Work with BAPIs RFCs IDOCs and Interfaces.
• Perform debugging performance tuning and rootcause analysis of production issues.
• Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and support Unit Testing SIT and UAT.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and quality checks (ATC SLIN Extended Syntax).

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong handson experience in SAP ABAP with deep exposure to SAP ISU.
• Solid understanding of MetertoCash utilities business processes.
• Expertise in Core ABAP (DDIC Reports ALV Modularization Debugger).
• Working knowledge of OOABAP (Classes Methods Inheritance).
• Experience with ISU Master Data (BMD TMD).
• Good analytical ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong debugging troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in crossfunctional teams.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.

Ideally Youll Also Have

• Experience with ABAP on HANA CDS Views and OData services.
• Exposure to ECC to S/4HANA ISU migration or conversion projects.
• Experience in ISU Workflows background jobs and mass activities (EMIGALL MDR).
• Utilities industry experience (Electricity Gas or Water).
• SAP certification in ABAP or SAP ISU.
• Experience working in Agile / clientfacing delivery models.
