Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Email Management Executive to manage client communications handle inbound/outbound emails and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with international clients via email and calls along with basic knowledge of MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner
Draft review and send emails to clients partners and internal teams
Handle international client queries via email and calls
Organize and maintain email records and communication logs
Coordinate with internal departments for query resolution
Maintain email databases and track communication using Excel sheets
Prepare daily/weekly reports on email activities and follow-ups
Ensure proper categorization and prioritization of emails
Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Ability to communicate confidently with international clients
Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (formulas data entry tracking)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Basic understanding of corporate communication etiquette
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in email handling / backend operations / customer support
Experience in handling international client communication (email/call)
Familiarity with CRM tools or email management systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced IT services environment
Salary
