Shift & Schedule: Days (8-hour shifts) MondayFriday 40 hrs/week Guaranteed
Pay Rate: $52$58/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Occupational Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Bakersfield CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient functional abilities and limitations
- Develop individualized occupational therapy care plans
- Provide training for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapy interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure patient safety during therapy sessions
- Support patient independence and functional recovery
Requirements:
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Acute care experience preferred
