We have one opening for CNC Grinder Operator for our first shift.

Starting pay range of $24.00-$30.00/hour.

As aCNC Grinder Operatorat Regal Rexnord Thomson/Nook Cleveland Division your focus will be to:

• Set up centerless grinder machinery.
• Operate centerless grinder machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
• Inspect product to print looking for any flaws and defect of material including deburring if necessary.
• Move completed material to next workstation.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.

Education: One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.

Experience: 6 months 1-year related experience or training.

Specific Skills& Knowledge:

• Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
• Mechanically inclined with strong math skills.
• Ability to read basic measuring devices including micrometers and calipers. Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates and experienced in calculating feeds and speeds.
• Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course.
