Job Description

We are looking for candidates with a genuine passion for customer service to provide a service to our hotel guests visitors and members.

The role will involve working in multiple areas of our Food & Beverage Operation: Conference and Banqueting An Boesti our AA 2-rosette awarded Restaurant Nicklaus sports Bar 18 Brassiere and summer terraces.

Roles & Responsibilities:

TheFood & Beverage Assistantrole involves a range of duties including; the service of food and drinks from our menus preparing the restaurant and service areas for service lay-up and clearing of tables giving attentive guest focused service to our guests during their meal ensuring that our guests have a great dining experience.

The Person

Preferably you will have previously worked in a similar hospitality operation and have full understanding of menu items and allergen. Key points are having the ability to upsell and deliver great customer service whilst ensuring the brand values and standards are met. The successful applicant must able to work flexible hours to suit the needs of this business. This will include evenings and weekends.
