We are recruiting for a Design Technology Teacher with a specialism in Textiles and/or Food Technology to join a secondary school in Essex.
This is an excellent opportunity to teach practical and engaging subjects within a well-equipped department.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver DT lessons focusing on Textiles and/or Food Technology
Plan and prepare practical and theory-based lessons
Maintain a safe and organised classroom/workshop environment
Assess and track student progress
Support students across KS3 and KS4
Requirements:
QTS or relevant DT teaching experience
Specialism in Textiles and/or Food Technology
Strong classroom management
Ability to deliver engaging practical lessons
