About the Role
Onboarding Specialists at Klaviyo play a critical role in setting our customers up for long-term success. As the first point of contact post-sale youll guide new customers through their first 3090 days helping them successfully implement Klaviyo and achieve fast time-to-value.
Youll act as a trusted advisorcombining project management product expertise and strategic thinking to drive product adoption reduce friction and build strong customer relationships from day one.
How Youll Make a Difference
- Own a portfolio of new customers from post-sale through successful go-live managing multiple onboarding journeys simultaneously
- Design and execute tailored onboarding plans aligned to each customers goals and use cases
- Guide customers through platform setup configuration testing and early performance optimization
- Provide proactive 1:1 support across both technical and non-technical topics (e.g. deliverability campaign setup integrations)
- Track onboarding progress ensuring milestones are met and holding stakeholders accountable
- Monitor onboarding health metrics to identify risks early and take action to improve outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Support and Product teams to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Act as a trusted advisor helping customers build a strong foundation for their marketing and growth strategy
What Youll Bring
- 23 years of experience in Customer Success Onboarding or Implementation roles
- Fluent French and English
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships and projects simultaneously
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of delivering on time
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage customer expectations and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with CRM or customer success tools (e.g. Salesforce Gainsight)
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies quickly
Nice to Have
- Experience in marketing technology email/SMS platforms or e-commerce ecosystems
- Experience advising customers on marketing strategies or campaign execution
- Familiarity with data analysis reporting or performance optimization
AI & Innovation Mindset
At Klaviyo were investing heavily in AI to enhance both our product and how we work. Were looking for candidates who are curious and proactive about using AI tools to improve efficiency scale their impact and deliver better customer outcomes.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT automation tools or similar) to streamline workflows improve communication or enhance customer delivery is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability (or strong interest) in adopting new technologies to work smarter and more efficiently
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement experimentation and leveraging AI to drive better results
