Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying configuring and supporting software solutions at client locations. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills basic web and database knowledge and the ability to work closely with customers to ensure smooth implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install configure and deploy software solutions at client environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation
• Work with HTML CSS and SQL basics for customization and support
• Provide client database support including basic queries and modifications
• Setup and manage:
  • Domains
  • SSL certificates
  • Servers and web services
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical support
• Perform testing debugging and ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Maintain proper documentation of implementations issues and resolutions

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML CSS and SQL
• Understanding of software installation and configuration processes
• Familiarity with web servers domains and SSL setup
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of database concepts
• Ability to work independently and at client sites

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma ( / MCA preferred but not mandatory)

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel to customer locations
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Exposure to web hosting or cloud environments
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts
• Prior experience in client-facing roles
