This role combines technical project delivery customer engagement and security solution enablement ensuring successful deployment of complex network and security services. The SIM acts as the primary point of coordination across customers engineering teams and vendors with a strong focus on on-time delivery service quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of MSS solutions across customer environmentsGather analyze and validate customer technical and business requirementsTranslate requirements into solution designs and implementation plans in collaboration with engineering teamsCoordinate and manage deployment activities including ordering provisioning configuration and testingAct as the primary customer-facing interface during implementation lifecycleEnsure successful integration of firewall SASE and SD-WAN solutions into customer environmentsTrack and manage project milestones risks and dependencies to ensure timely deliveryDrive issue resolution and escalation management across internal teams and vendorsMaintain clear documentation reporting and status communication with stakeholdersContribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and automationCore Technical Expertise:Network & Security FundamentalsStrong understanding of:TCP/IP ports and protocolsRouting (BGP OSPF) and WAN technologiesLAN/WAN architectures and network design fundamentalsSecurity & Network TechnologiesExperience with enterprise security solutions:Firewalls (Palo Alto Fortinet Cisco Check Point)VPN technologies (IPsec / SSL VPN)NAT segmentation and policy-based security Secure Access & Cloud-Delivered SecurityDelivery & Project Management Skills:Strong experience in technical project delivery / service implementationAbility to manage multiple parallel customer deploymentsSolid understanding of:Project lifecycle managementRisk and dependency managementVendor and stakeholder coordinationProfessional Skills:Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder managementStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly languageHigh attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability mindsetSelf-driven and proactive with the ability to work in a global environmentQualifications:35 years of experience in:Network/security implementation service delivery or project management rolesExperience delivering firewalls or managed security services is highly preferredCertifications (Preferred):Cisco (CCNA / CCNP)ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management certificationProject Management certifications (PMP Prince2) advantageVendor certifications (Palo Alto Fortinet) advantageEducation:BCA / graduates or candidates with relevant qualifications in cybersecurity information technology or related role is open to candidates legally authorized to work in India.
