Are you ready to put your client service skills on the front line Discover Kia is looking for a Term Receptionist!

Our Receptionists are the driving force behind our front-line operations. You will be the first point of contact for clients ensuring they are welcomed assisted and directed in a professional and courteous manner. Alongside creating a positive first impression your strong clerical and data entry skills will support the daily administrative functions of the dealership providing a solid foundation for a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

Wage: $17.20 - $18.90 per hour

What Youll Do:

• Answering and forwarding telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Greeting and assisting clients ensuring they are directed appropriately
• Posting daily cash and preparing bank deposits
• Accurate data entry and record keeping
• General clerical support including filing and document preparation
• Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required

What You Bring to the Team:

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Hardworking self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Post-secondary education in Office Administration is considered an asset but not required
