Requirements
Our Client is a data center developer and operator in the Philippines. WIth the expansion of their business they are looking for Data Centre Operations Officers.
Key responsibilities:
- 24/7 monitoring of operational conditions
- Reception and logging of incidents
- Initial incident triage and classification
- Provide remote hands services
- Escalate incidents to the relevant persons in charge.
- Maintenance of accurate incident timelines and records
- Cabling activities such as cable dressing and organization labelling testing physical cabling fault isolation and restoration removal and cleanup of abandoned cabling termination
- Physical hardware support (observation and reporting only).
- Environmental monitoring support
- Escort visitors and provide access support when required.
Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma in a related field
- Some work experience in a data center environment
- Flexibility in working a shift pattern (Shift is either A.M. or P.M)
- Ability in tackling cabling activities
