This role supportsHoneywells Canadian PublicPrivate Partnership (PPP / P3) portfolio with a primary focus onHealthcare and Government facilities.

Role Overview

As aSr. Procurement Project SpecialistsupportingPublicPrivate Partnership (PPP / P3) infrastructure projects in Canada you will serve as thesingle point of contact (SPOC)forall sourcing and procurementrelated activities across Honeywells P3 Canada organization.

In this role you will provide autonomous procurement leadership for large complex longterm infrastructure programs ensuring sourcing strategies align withPPP/P3 contractual obligations risksharing frameworks lifecycle cost objectives and longterm service commitments. The position requires a high degree of independence ownership and the ability tolearn adapt and operate proactivelyin a highly regulated and stakeholderdriven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Single Point of Contact P3 Canada Procurement

• Act as theprimary and single point of contactfor allsourcing and procurement activitiessupporting theP3 Canada group.
• Provide clear procurement leadership guidance and decisionmaking across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Operate with a high level ofautonomy proactively identifying needs opportunities and risks without requiring daytoday supervision.

Project Procurement & Execution

• Lead thefull procurement lifecyclefor PPP / P3 projects from sourcing strategy and supplier selection through negotiations contracting and execution support.
• Ensure sourcing and procurement activities fully comply withPPP/P3 contractual structures project scope budgets schedules and performance requirements.
• Support construction commissioning and longterm operations phases typical ofHealthcare and Government infrastructure programs.

Strategic Sourcing & Value Creation

• Develop and implementstrategic sourcing strategiesaligned with Honeywells Canadian PPP/P3 portfolio.
• Identify and delivercost savings productivity improvements lifecycle value and working capital optimization.
• Support execution of theAnnual Operating Plan (AOP) Strategic Growth Productivity and Working Capital initiatives.

Supplier Management & Commercial Leadership

• Leadsupplier negotiations and contract management ensuring favorable commercial terms while protecting PPP/P3 risk allocation and longterm service obligations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships withkey suppliers subcontractors and service partners.
• Drive supplier performance management focused onquality schedule adherence safety compliance and lifecycle reliability.

Risk Compliance & Governance

• Identify assess and mitigate procurementrelated risks includingsupply chain continuity subcontractor performance compliance and commercial exposure.
• Ensure adherence toCanadian regulatory requirements publicsector procurement standards ethical sourcing practices and sustainability policies.
• Support governance audit and reporting requirements typical ofHealthcare and Government PPP/P3 environments.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner closely withProject Management Engineering Finance Legal Operations and Site Leadershipto align sourcing decisions with project agreements and longterm objectives.
• Interface effectively withpublicsector owners healthcare authorities government agencies and private consortium partners.

Systems Data & Budget Management

• UtilizeSAPand related procurement systems to manage sourcing supplier data contracts and reporting accurately and consistently.
• Support procurement budget management ensuring cost control transparency and value delivery.
• Track and report procurement performance againstcost schedule quality and supplier KPIs.

You Must Have

• Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) inproject procurement and strategic sourcing ideally within infrastructure Healthcare Government or PPP / P3 environments.
• Minimum 5 years experience of demonstrated ability to operate as asingle point of contactfor procurement activities within a complex organization.
• Minimum 5 years experience of strongnegotiation commercial and contract managementskills.
• SAP procurement experience(e.g. vendor management sourcing purchasing contracts reporting).
• Minimum 5 years experience of solid financial acumen includingbudget management cost control and lifecycle cost analysis.

The annual base salary range for this position is $85200 to $113600 in Markham Ontario. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
