Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Palmer AK
Job Type: Contract
Shift & Schedule: Days (12-hour shifts) Variable Days 36 hrs/week Guaranteed
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant for an exciting Travel or Local job in Palmer AK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing and feeding
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
- Support patient mobility transfers and repositioning
- Maintain hygiene comfort and safety of residents
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Provide compassionate hands-on support in skilled nursing setting
- Observe and communicate patient needs to nursing staff
- Ensure dignity and quality of life for all residents
- Follow care plans and facility protocols
- Maintain a safe and clean patient environment
Requirements:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
