Senior TA Executive-IT Hiring
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding).
Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and networking.
Screen resumes conduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements:
69 years of experience in technical recruitment (preferably IT services).
Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri LinkedIn etc.) and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Work on Alternate Saturdays.
Have experience in Interview drives on Saturdays.
