Location: Palmer AK
Job Type: Contract
Shift & Schedule: Nights (12-hour shifts) Variable Nights 36 hrs/week Guaranteed
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant for an exciting Travel or Local job in Palmer AK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overnight patient care ensuring safety and comfort
- Assist with night-time care needs and hygiene support
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes promptly
- Support patient mobility and repositioning to prevent complications
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Ensure continuous observation and patient safety during night shift
- Follow care plans and nursing instructions
- Communicate patient needs to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Support overall resident well-being during overnight hours
Requirements:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Night shift experience preferred
- Long-term care (LTC) experience preferred
