Lou Fusz Subaru of OFallon is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Porter/Auto Detailer to join our team in OFallon MO. This role plays a key part in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our vehicles ensuring a positive experience for our customers and supporting the sales team. Responsibilities
- Clean and detail vehicles both inside and out to showroom standards
- Ensure timely movement of vehicles around the lot and service areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot showroom and service areas
- Assist in vehicle inventory organization and support the sales team as needed
- Perform routine maintenance checks such as tire pressure and fluid levels
- Report any vehicle or equipment issues to the management team promptly
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in auto detailing or vehicle porter role is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to stand bend and lift as required throughout the workday
