We are looking for an Account Executive II to join our Personal Lines team on a Hybrid work schedule.

Job Purpose

We are seeking an Account Executive to manage a book of Middle Market clients processing daily account activity.

Functions & Responsibilities:

• Maintaining account folders in accordance with internal Quality Control guidelines
• Check policy coverages and endorsement on all new business and renewals for accuracy and relevance
• Complete specs prepare proposals policy summaries and reviews
• Ability to use various online rating systems
• Process endorsements placement requests and invoicing: Credit Debit Monthly reports
• Review policies for accuracy and adequacy of coverage including rating calculations
• Assist with Accounting department on research and justification of premium charges as compared with endorsements and invoices
• Handle or refer insureds and underwriters questions
• Perform other specific duties as directed by the department manager &/or team leads Pursue a program of professional development

Qualifications:

• Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to understand analyze and research different lines of insurance
• Good typing skills and computer literacy
• Ability to work within designated time frames
• Good interpersonal skills
• College degree or relevant work experience
• P&C License required

Required Skills:

• Strong computer skills; Excel & Word a must
• Applied Epic Experience Preferred
• Required Experience:3-5 years

The expected pay range for this position is $78000 annually to $85000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and work location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
