• Ongoing Ford-specific training and certification assistance provided.

Work Requirements

• Certification: Ford Certified Transmission Technician required.

• Experience: 2 years of experience as a Service Technician (Ford dealership experience preferred).

• Drivers License: Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Specialized Repair: Diagnose and perform specialized transmission repairs with high efficiency and accuracy.

• Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize Ford-specific diagnostic tools and advanced service equipment to solve complex electrical and mechanical issues.

• Warranty Standards: Execute all repairs under warranty to strict manufacturer specifications.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of repair needs and timelines.

• Quality Control: Test-drive vehicles to ensure total functionality and safety after service is completed.

• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with evolving Ford transmission technology and repair procedures.
