Job Summary
Schedule: Exempt minimum 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

As a Day Center Supervisor youll lead the Day Centers daily operations ensuring a safe engaging and participant-centered environment. Youll provide day-to-day guidance and support to team members serving as the go-to resource for problem-solving and operational needs.

What Youll Do:
As a Day Center Supervisor youll lead the Day Centers daily operations ensuring a safe engaging and participant-centered environment. Youll provide day-to-day guidance and support to team members serving as the go-to resource for problem-solving and operational needs.
Youll collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure care plans are followed and participants needs are met while also supporting staffing coordination documentation standards and overall compliance. Youll help onboard new participants and create a welcoming supportive experience for participants and their families.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams staying organized and making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Daily Operations Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure a safe organized and participant-centered environment.
- Support & Guide Staff Provide supervision direction and real-time problem-solving for Day Center team members.
- Collaborate with Care Teams Work closely with the Interdisciplinary Team to support care plans and participant needs.
- Coordinate Staffing & Coverage Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet participant care and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Quality & Documentation Monitor documentation accuracy and support timely compliant record keeping.
- Facilitate Participant Experience Support onboarding and create a welcoming environment for participants and families.
- Promote Compliance & Standards Ensure adherence to policies procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Drive Team Engagement Foster a positive respectful and collaborative team culture.
- Support Operations & Administration Assist with scheduling payroll and daily operational needs.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Contribute to ongoing process improvements and organizational initiatives.

Skills Knowledge & Expertise
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; current RN license required.
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Valid unrestricted Michigan drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare senior services or long-term care.
- Experience working with older adults or individuals with chronic conditions preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with participants families and team members.
