The HR Generalist supports the day-to-day administration of Human Resources policies programs and processes across several functional areas including recruiting onboarding employee relations training payroll support and team member services. This role partners closely with leaders employees and HR colleagues to help ensure a positive and compliant employee experience.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager questions related to HR policies processes and programs; escalate complex matters as appropriate.
• Support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment coordination onboarding employee changes performance management processes and offboarding.
• Lead payroll-related activities by overseeing accurate and timely time entry for non-exempt and salaried non-exempt employees.
• Support employee relations activities including documentation corrective action processes investigations and performancerelated matters in alignment with company policies values and applicable employment laws.
• Partner on safety initiatives by supporting safety programs reporting concerns coordinating trainings or inspections and promoting a safe work environment.
• Participate in employee engagement and culture initiatives including events surveys and activities that support morale retention and inclusion.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to help implement HR programs learning initiatives and change efforts using established tools and resources.
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation within HR systems and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Adhere to the Company Code of Ethics and actively demonstrate company values in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

You are best suited for the role if you

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• 25 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Salary Range: $61820 - $ 81140

Salary offers may be commensurate with experience skills education and training.
